Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout.
Taught by a teaching professional, Cardio Tennis includes 3 phases:
- a warm-up
- a cardio workout
- and cool down

Get into your aerobic heart rate zone ... and stay there. Cardio Tennis will elevate a person's heart rate into their aerobic zone.
There are programs and drills geared for existing players to get a great cardio workout while improving skill.
Cardio Tennis is more fun than working out in a gym or other forms of exercise.
Cardio Tennis Exercise Schedule
- Mondays 6-7 pm
- Wednesdays 6-7 pm
Price packages:
- $40 for 4 weeks for 1 day a week or $80 for both days Club Members
- $52 for 4 weeks for 1 day a week or $104 for both days Non Club Members
- $25 for a once off session
