Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by a teaching professional, Cardio Tennis includes 3 phases:
- • a warm-up
- • a cardio workout
- • and cool down

If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, Cardio Tennis is for you! Get into your aerobic heart rate zone ... and stay there. Cardio Tennis will elevate a person's heart rate into their aerobic zone. There are programs and drills geared for existing players to get a great cardio workout while improving skill. Cardio Tennis is more fun than working out in a gym or other forms of exercise.

Want to give Cardio Tennis a Go?
You do not have to have any tennis experience at all. Just a racquet, tennis shoes and a desire to have some fun and get some exercise.
Cardio Tennis Exercise Schedule
- • Mondays 5:30-6:30 pm
- • Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm
More Cardio Tennis sessions will be available at these times:
- • Tuesdays or Thursdays between 9 and 11am
- • lAl Cardio sessions require a minimum of 6 people, maximum numbers do apply, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
- • Additional sessions are possible subject to court availability and participant interest.

Price packages:
- • $25 per session subject to availability
- • $60 for a block of 4 sessions
